TVS-2500R
The TVS-2500R takes automated transponder validation to the next level by adding a pick and replace mechanism for failed tags; producing complete rolls of 100% fully validated tags without the traditional and potentially destructive process of manually adding and removing tags.  Designed as a fully automated, stand-alone transponder tester/encoder, the Pressiza® TVS-2500R is capable of testing, encoding, and replacing tags at a rate of 140 per minute with an accuracy of +/- 1/32 of an inch. 

TVS-1000
The TVS-1000 provides a dramatically improved method for encoding and validating RFID transponders embedded in lightweight, flexible substrates.  The Pressiza® TVS-1000 is capable of testing transponders and/or encoding them without human intervention.  While a PLC advances tags one at a time under the verifying reader, the Flexolution® RFID TVS Software initiates the testing process.  If the read is successful the tag is advanced, if the read fails the software advances the tag only after identifying it as bad. 

TVS150
The TVS150 is the smallest and most portable stand alone validation system in RSI's line of industry leading testing equipment.  With embedded Flexolution® TVS software, a touch screen display, and the familiarity of a Windows OS, the TVS150 there is no need to connect to a laptop - just plug it in and begin testing.  Simple green and red screens indicate test results and leave no ambiguity as to whether a tag has passed or failed.
